Usage Instructions
- Begin by positioning yourself on the exercise bike.

This pattern is repeated: three minutes of slow cycling, another 30 seconds at peak effort, culminating in a final three minutes of slower pacing. The total workout duration is recommended at ten minutes.
Music Functionality
The application incorporates a music feature that enhances the training experience. Users can train in sync with the rhythm, which is adjusted appropriately according to the various phases of the workout.
Mute Option
There is an option to toggle the training music on or off within the training settings, allowing for personal preference during workouts.
